Du sorgst für den reibungslosen technischen Betrieb und bist das Bindeglied zwischen Gebäudetechnik, externen Dienstleistern und unseren Kunden. Als technischer Allrounder mit Organisationstalent behältst du den Überblick und packst selbst mit an.
Deine Aufgaben
• Instandhaltung: Wartung und Reparatur von Elektro-, Sanitär-, HLK- und Gebäudesystemen
• Contractor Management: Koordination, Überwachung und Begleitung externer Dienstleister vor Ort
• Qualitätssicherung: Prüfung von Arbeitsverfahren und Einhaltung deutscher Normen
• Standortkoordination: Flexible Einsatzplanung zwischen beiden Standorten
Das bringst du mit
• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Meister/Geselle) im Elektro-, Mechanik- oder Gebäudetechnikbereich
• 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Instandhaltung oder Facility Management
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern und Projektkoordination
• Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft
• Fließend Deutsch, gutes Englisch
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
