ESG has been involved in filling projects for over 20 years and from humble beginnings filling eroded farm paddocks and landscaping Golf Courses we are now involved in major backfilling projects for quarries, large-scale residential developments and major capping projects for redundant landfills.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be tasked with:

• Safely operating a Watercart and/or Roller on one or multiple Clean Fill sites;
• Completing pre-start procedures in the Watercart and/or Roller;
• On occasion, operating the weighbridge to enter and record data regarding incoming material;
• Identifying and reporting material that is inappropriate for Clean Fill sites; and
• Promptly attending to inquiries from operators and internal team members.

You will need to have:

• The ability to travel between ESG sites within the north/west suburbs (a travel allowance will be provided);
• A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence;
• A valid Construction Induction Card (White Card);
• A valid Roller ticket;
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a Watercart; and
• Demonstrated experience operating heavy machinery in a construction or civil works environment.
