42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)
About the role:
We’re looking for a skilled and practical Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team, supporting a busy responsive repairs and maintenance contract in Leeds. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering day-to-day repairs within social housing, ensuring properties are safe, functional, and maintained to a high standard for residents.
Working across occupied homes, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of reactive maintenance tasks across multiple trades. From minor repairs to more involved maintenance issues, you’ll take a first-time fix approach wherever possible, helping to minimise repeat visits and deliver a reliable service.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced repairs environment, can fault-find effectively, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. You’ll also play a key part in providing a positive experience for residents, working respectfully within their homes and keeping them informed throughout the job.
With a consistent flow of responsive repairs work and a strong focus on service delivery, this is a great opportunity to join a team dedicated to maintaining and improving social housing standards.
