This role is ideal for someone with a broad range of skills with the ability to work on a variety of tasks across both internal and external areas. If you have a wide range of skills and enjoy working on different tasks around the property, this could be the perfect role for you, typically handling a range of repair and maintenance tasks to prepare properties for new tenants.

Responsibilities:

• General property repairs and refurbishment
• Carry out Planned and Reactive maintenance
• Fitting doors, frames, and locks
• Installing kitchens and cabinets
• Repairing or replacing flooring (timber/laminate)
• Skirting boards, architraves, stair repairs
• Stud walls and partitions
• Diagnose faults across different trades
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Work independently or as part of a maintenance team
• Provide good customer service to tenants or clients

You Will Need:

• Proven experience in at least two or more trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, plastering)
• Experience working in reactive and planned maintenance, voids, responsive repairs, or social housing environments.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic IT literacy for job logging systems.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in a core trade (Carpentry, Plumbing, etc.).
