Keystone Civil, a diverse and dynamic civil company, is expanding its operations in Mildura due to exciting new opportunities across civil infrastructure, road projects, bulk earthworks, renewables and pipeline works. We are seeking a motivated, multi-skilled mobile Plant Operator to join our team and lead these impactful projects. What you will be doing day to day:

• Operate a variety of mobile plant and machinery to perform a wide range of tasks, based on your skills, strengths, and project requirements.
• You will be working on a variety of projects (Water/sewer infrastructure, pipelaying projects, bulk earthworks projects, Landfills, road works & more)
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and inspections on machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• You will work with a team of passionate construction workers to achieve goals and delivery projects on time, on budget, to high standards that we can all be proud

What the ideal candidate looks like:

• White Card (Essential)
• You have experience working in Civil Construction, road construction, earth works, pipelaying etc, with appropriate tickets
• You are a skilled operator (Preferably in an Excavator 1.7-36ton, with experience in either Dozers, loaders, Posi track, graders, moxys or trucks)
• Ambitious and determined
• You like to use your expertise & innovation to deliver work that you are proud of
• You enjoy helping your team find the best solutions to deliver complex projects
• GPS Final trim experience advantageous
• All candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment medical, and drug and alcohol screening
