The Role & Your Impact

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, stable, and reliable operation of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems across the plant. Your impact includes:

• On-site Mech/Elec/Inst MaintenanceCarry out routine inspection, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment. Typical work includes pumps, fans, compressors, gearboxes, valves, motors, MCCs, VFDs, field instruments and control valves, ensuring safe, stable and reliable operation.
• Preventive Maintenance Execution
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks as per company plans: inspection, lubrication, tightening, functional tests and instrument calibration. Identify potential issues early, handle or escalate in time, and record key findings..
• SAP Equipment Master Data Support
• Assist in creating and checking equipment master data in SAP. Verify P&IDs and other drawings against field equipment and tags; check equipment names, models, specifications, manufacturers and locations; support setup and review of preventive maintenance plans and task lists. Help maintain equipment BOMs by linking key and wear parts to the correct equipment.
• Spare Parts Usage Feedback
• Record usage and replacement frequency of critical spare parts during repairs and feed back to maintenance and warehouse teams to improve SAP data, BOMs and spare parts strategies.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

Education

• College degree or above in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Experience & Skills

• 8+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience with hands-on skills in mechanical, electrical and instrumentation.
• Able to independently diagnose and repair common faults; good understanding of safety procedures (e.g. lockout/tagout).
• Able to read and use P&IDs, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and instrument loop diagrams for field checks and SAP data entry.
• SAP PM or equipment master data experience preferred (equipment records, functional locations, BOMs, PM plans).

IT & Personal Capabilities

• Able to use SAP for basic data entry and queries; proficient in Excel and Word.
• Practical, reliable, detail-oriented, with strong safety awareness and teamwork.
• Willing to work in a dual role: on-site maintenance plus SAP master data support.

Ways of Working / Working Conditions

• Working hours: 8:00–16:30
• Work model: Fully on‑site (factory environment)
• Physical demands: Routine equipment checks, lifting of parts, and frequent walking/standing
• Environment: Industrial setting with noise, machinery, and temperature variations
• Flexibility: Occasional overtime may be required depending on maintenance needs
