We now have an excellent opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our highly regarded NHS repairs and maintenance team based in Bristol. This is a mobile role where you will be maintaining a number of healthcare sites/hospitals.
Our maintenance business provides a range of expert planned and responsive maintenance services to domestic properties and commercial buildings in the social housing, health and social care sectors. We look after a growing number of healthcare buildings for NHS Trusts. Using the latest technology we ensure properties are well maintained, efficient and fit for purpose.

Our NHS maintenance healthcare team in Bristol provide a planned, preventative and reactive maintenance service for a large NHS trust. To enable us to continue to deliver an excellent quality service, we are looking for a multi skilled maintenance technician to join the team.
This is a varied role where you will undertake scheduled Planned Maintenance (PPM's) and reactive repairs. You will be working in a mobile role maintaining a number of healthcare sites so a full UK driving licence is required.

This is a full time permanent position and working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

The successful candidate will have previous relevant experience in the maintenance of buildings. Your experience will ideally have been gained within an NHS environment, though candidates with maintenance experience gained within other commercial environments (such as hotels, supermarkets, schools etc) will also be considered.
A recognised electrical qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ. 18th edition wiring regulations would also be desirable.
You will have solid Health & Safety awareness and experience of using a handheld device (PDA). You will also have excellent customer service skills and be passionate about providing high quality repairs/planned maintenance.
This is a mobile opportunity (and as such a full driving licence is required).
