Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

Location: Brimsdown, North London

Shift: 4 on 4 off – rotating days & nights (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)

Were looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a large, modern FMCG manufacturing site in Enfield following an internal promotion. Youll be part of a well-established engineering team in a highly automated, 24/7 environment.

The role:

• Planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment.

• Fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems.

• Reducing downtime and improving plant reliability.

• Supporting continuous improvement activity.

• Working closely with production and hygiene teams.

• Recording work through the site maintenance system.

The environment:

• High-speed production and packaging lines.

• Conveyors, ovens, mixers and associated plant equipment.

• Automated FMCG manufacturing site.

What were looking for:

• Recognised engineering qualification (apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent).

• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.

• Mechanical or electrical background with multi-skilled experience.

• Confident fault finding and problem solving.

• Comfortable working rotating days and nights.
