Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Aylesbury / Aston Clinton (HP22)

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)

Were recruiting a hands-on Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a high-volume FMCG manufacturing site in Aylesbury. This is a shift-based role supporting modern production equipment, focused on breakdown response, planned maintenance and improving equipment reliability.

The Role:

• Reactive maintenance and breakdown support across production equipment.

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime.

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding.

• Working on blow moulding machinery and associated plant.

• Accurate completion of maintenance records.

• Working safely to site health, safety and hygiene standards.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG, packaging, plastics, food, beverage or similar).

• Multi-skilled background (electrical & mechanical).

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering – essential.

• Comfortable working a 4 on 4 off days and nights (6–6) shift pattern.

• A reliable, practical engineer who works well in a team.
