We have an exciting opportunity to join our maintenance team as a Multi Skilled Engineer supporting us on our journey to becoming a world class manufacturing facility. This role involves working a 4 on 4 off shift patterns, working both days and night.

Reporting to the Lead Engineer you will have an important role in production line improvements by building collaborative relationships with the manufacturing teams, working together to establish root cause analysis and develop and implement preventative actions.
Working in an exciting environment, you will be quick and nimble when reacting to issues, with a positive and ‘always learning’ attitude towards develop long term solutions.

You a good understanding of Continuous Improvement culture
You have advanced communication skills, at different levels, and are able to build positive relationships within various teams
Your background includes operating effectively in a high-energy FMCG setting
You have advanced fault-finding abilities on electrical and pneumatic systems
A solid electrical background with experience of fast-moving packaging and process systems would be advantageous
You will have a flexible approach to work, in line with business needs
