In order to support this growth, we are seeking a highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades to join our close knit team. This team member will be a professional Craftsman with strong ethics who can consistently uphold our values and act with honesty and transparency.

The ideal Craftsman candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades:

• Carpentry
• Tile
• Drywall Repair/Installation
• Small Area Painting
• Deck/Fence Repair
• Door Window Installation

Additional Qualifications for this Craftsman Role:

Proper Equipment:
Must have a good variety of basic tools, and understand which tools are needed for each job so that you can notify the office if you do not have the specific tool for a job so that we can acquire the tool for you.

Troubleshooting Skills:
Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills:
Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Be Presentable:
Polite and honest
A dependable truck or van that can haul tools and materials
Organized tools

Other:

• Must be willing to undergo a background check

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
