We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Multi-Skill Technician to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities across electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in at least one core area—electrical wiring, HVAC systems, or plumbing setups—while possessing a working knowledge of the other disciplines. This role requires practical field expertise, attention to safety standards, and the ability to independently execute tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, or plumbing systems based on assigned tasks.
• Execute electrical wiring, including conduit laying, cable routing, switchboard installation, and MCB setup.
• Install and service HVAC systems such as split AC units, ducting systems, and perform routine servicing including gas charging and fault diagnosis.
• Support plumbing installations including piping systems, fixtures, and leak detection/repair.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify faults, inefficiencies, or safety risks across systems.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and layout plans for accurate execution.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with supervisors or cross-functional teams for task updates and issue resolution.
• Provide basic documentation of work completed, including service reports and maintenance logs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Certification or diploma in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or a related technical trade.
• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
• Electrical wiring and MCB installation
• HVAC installation and servicing
• Plumbing system setup and maintenance
• Strong practical knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices relevant to the trade.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Basic understanding of multiple systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) is preferred.
• Physically fit and comfortable working on-site, including heights or confined spaces if required.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
