As a Multi-Site Leasing Manager, you will oversee leasing operations, lead a team, and create a top-tier experience for prospects and residents. Key responsibilities include:
🔹 Leasing & Marketing Strategy – Develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals. Maintain and execute the Marketing Plan while analyzing market trends.
🔹 Team Leadership & Training – Hire, train, and motivate a team of at least three Leasing Consultants, ensuring their success through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
🔹 Customer Experience & Sales – Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and utilize multiple marketing channels (phone, internet, social media).
🔹 Market & Competitor Analysis – Conduct regular property shopping reports, track market trends, and monitor pricing, policies, and lease terms.
🔹 Resident Retention – Develop and maintain resident engagement programs, coordinate lease renewals, and enhance community satisfaction.
✔ Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
✔ Experience: Minimum 2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred.
✔ Skills: Strong leadership, sales, marketing, and customer service abilities.
