We’re looking for an enthusiastic Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to bring their energy and expertise to 3 of our stunning communities: AMLI at the Ballpark, AMLI Frisco Crossing and AMLI West Plano

What You’ll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our communities, helping future residents find their perfect home while creating a vibrant living experience for our current residents. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:


✔️ Be a matchmaker – Connect with potential residents, showcase our gorgeous apartments, and help them find the perfect fit.
✔️ Make a lasting impression – Greet and qualify prospects, follow up, and use phone, internet, and social media to attract renters.
✔️ Create a sense of community – Plan exciting resident events that foster a welcoming and fun environment.
✔️ Stay organized & efficient – Process leases and administrative paperwork accurately and on time.
✔️ Deliver top-notch service – Be a go-to resource for residents, addressing their needs with care and professionalism.
✔️ Keep it stylish – Ensure our leasing office, amenity areas, and model apartments always look polished and inviting.
✔️ Stay ahead of the game – Network with local businesses and apartment locators, and keep an eye on the competition.

What We’re Looking For

Experience Matters – At least 2+ years in sales, leasing, or customer service.
Education – High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a big plus!
Weekend Availability – Must be available Saturdays (we’re closed on Sundays).
