The Ideal Candidate

• Proven HR leadership experience in a fast-paced FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Multi-site experience is essential, with the ability to manage priorities across four distinct locations.
• Commercially aware, with the ability to align people plans to business performance.
• Strong experience managing trade union relationships and handling complex ER cases.
• A proactive, hands-on leader who balances vision with practical delivery.
• Deep understanding of GB/NI employment law and HR best practices.
• CIPD level 5 or above (or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential.

• Shape & Deliver Plans: Guide the HR agenda across four sites as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
• Foster Engagement: Be highly visible across all locations, actively connecting with teams to build trust and encourage participation.
• Operational Support: Utilise expertise in workforce planning to ensure the business has the right capabilities to deliver across the region.
• Employee Relations: Manage trade union relationships and handle complex ER cases to support a stable and productive work environment.
• Commercial Awareness: Act as a commercially aware leader, aligning the people plan directly to business performance.
