The Multi-Site Donation Center Manager is responsible for leading Goodwill’s Donation Express Centers, mobile donation trailer locations, and other assigned donation sites across the service territory. This role provides operational leadership, people management, donor experience oversight, and performance accountability for Goodwill’s community-based donation network.
The Donation Center Manager ensures donation sites are safe, clean, organized, fully staffed, and operating according to Goodwill standards. This position manages site-level execution, supports donation attendants and supervisors, coordinates mobile donation trailer operations, monitors donation volume and product flow, and partners with transportation, retail, outlet, distribution, and field operations teams to ensure donations move efficiently through the organization.
This role serves as the primary operational leader for donation center performance, mobile donation site readiness, donor service consistency, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across the donation network.
