The YMCA of Columbia-Willamette is seeking a Site Director to provide leadership and oversight for licensed school-age childcare programs operating across multiple school locations. This role is ideal for an experienced childcare or youth development professional who enjoys leading teams, supporting safe and high-quality programs, and building strong relationships with families and school partners.
As a Site Director, your work ensures children are safe, supported, and engaged every day while helping families and schools feel confident in their YMCA partnership. You’ll play a key role in delivering consistent, mission-driven programs that strengthen communities.
The Site Director provides operational leadership for assigned YMCA school-age childcare sites. While not stationed at every location at all times, this role ensures programs run safely, remain licensing-compliant, and meet YMCA quality standards.
