About the Role:
As a Multi-Site Urgent Care Clinic Manager, you'll oversee operations at both our Saugus and Malden, Massachusetts locations, serving as the heartbeat of our multi-site operation. You'll lead a combined team of approximately 16 administrative and clinical staff members across both facilities, ensuring exceptional patient experiences and operational excellence at each location.
This role combines the fast-paced environment of urgent care with the strategic leadership impact of multi-site healthcare administration. You'll divide your time between both locations based on operational needs, peak hours, and business priorities.

Work environment
Fast-paced urgent care with frequent role-switching; prolonged standing/walking; routine exposure to blood and body fluids (strict PPE adherence); occasional lifting up to 25–30 lbs; weekend/evening shifts and float coverage as needed. This Multi-Site position requires regular travel between AFC Saugus and AFC Malden facilities (approximately 4 miles apart). Flexibility to spend varying amounts of time at each location based on operational needs.

AFC is committed to pay equity and transparency. The expected pay range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000 per year Final compensation offers will be determined based on a combination of factors, including experience, certifications, education, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, AFC offers a competitive benefits package and advancement opportunities (varies by full-time/PRN/part-time status).
