As Maintenance Technician 2, you will be responsible for completing a variety of hands-on maintenance and repair tasks across the property, with a strong emphasis on accountability, quality workmanship, and legendary customer service. This role is focused on executing maintenance work, responding to service requests, and supporting overall property operations. You will work closely with the onsite team but will not have supervisory or vendor management responsibilities.
This position requires regular travel between multiple assigned apartment communities; all located in close proximity within the Auburn area. The Maintenance Technician II will support maintenance operations across these properties as needed.
