We are currently recruiting a Multi Plumber Wet Room Fitter to join our team in Cannock.

Please note the works will be within an hours travel of Cannock including Warwick.

To carry out the installation, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of wet rooms and associated plumbing systems within occupied and void social housing properties. The role requires delivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service and ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain wet rooms, level-access showers, shower trays, sanitary ware, pipework, drainage systems, and associated plumbing fixtures.
• Installing DDA wet rooms including trays, tiling, showers and screens.
• Carry out adaptations for disabled and vulnerable tenants, including accessible bathroom installations.
• Perform first and second fix plumbing works.
• Undertake fault finding and diagnose plumbing issues efficiently.
• Complete associated multi-trade works, including basic wall and floor tiling
• Patch plastering
• Silicone sealing
• Minor carpentry
• Basic decorating following repairs
• Carry out responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment projects.

• Ensure work areas are left clean, safe, and tidy on completion.
• Liaise professionally with tenants, housing officers, and site supervisors.
• Accurately complete job sheets, risk assessments, and electronic reports using handheld devices.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working order.
• Comply with all Health & Safety legislation, company policies, and safeguarding procedures.
• Participate in emergency call-out or out-of-hours work where required.

You Will Need:

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).

Full UK driving licence.

• Proven experience installing and refurbishing wet rooms.
• Experience working within social housing, local authority, or domestic maintenance environments.
• Good knowledge of plumbing regulations and water systems.
• Competent in basic tiling and other associated building trades.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
