Sales & Account Manager

• Scout & Seal: Identify high-potential leads in key markets and negotiate win-win deals that drive revenue growth.
• Data-Driven Pitching: Leverage market insights and customer analytics to craft irresistible proposals that outshine the competition.
• Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate and deepen partnerships by understanding each client’s business goals and aligning Freightos solutions to drive mutual growth.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor account health with KPIs, identify upsell opportunities, and deliver data-backed insights to maximize ROI and satisfaction.

Customer Success Executive

• Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate client needs, troubleshoot issues before they escalate, and turn every interaction into a “wow” moment.
• Customer Advocacy: Build long-term loyalty by acting as the client’s champion, closing feedback loops, and fueling continuous product improvement.

Project Manager

• End-to-End Orchestration: Own project roadmaps from kickoff to launch—aligning timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to hit every milestone.
• Risk Radar & Rescue: Monitor project health, flag potential roadblocks, and pivot strategies on the fly to keep deliveries smooth and on schedule.

Requirements

Basic requirements

• Multilingual proficiency in at least one of the following pairs: English + German, English + Dutch, English + French, English + Nordic language, English + Other, both spoken and written.
• You keep pace when everything’s moving at warp speed, shifting gears effortlessly as deadlines and priorities evolve.
• You spot potential roadblocks before they hit, then roll up your sleeves to clear the path forward.
• You listen with intent, turning every interaction into an opportunity to surprise and delight.
• You navigate diverse cultures and time zones with ease, building genuine connections wherever you go.

Preferred requirements

• You’ve navigated the twists of freight, logistics, or supply-chain, turning complex processes into smooth operations.
• You add even more linguistic firepower—Spanish, Italian, or another language—on top of your core pair.
