This Enterprise Business & Digital Transformation (EB&DT) position supports the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Division.

The selected candidate will be a member of the IT support team responsible for managing airgapped networks. This position will have a primary focus on supporting customers and network stakeholders with an emphasis on: service desk tasks, computer hardware, software and network support, systems imaging, Cyber Security technical tasks, vulnerability and asset management.

Basic Qualifications

• Active TOP Secret Clearance
• Most possess DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+)
• Ability to lift physical equipment up to 30 lbs.
• Experience in Windows 11 client side troubleshooting and resolution with domain joined assets
• Exemplary customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ogranizational skills
• Remote site travel within same geographic location, daily turnarounds.

Desired Skills

• Microsoft Windows Active Directory administration
• Experience supporting Government Accredited networks (JSIG/RMF)
• Experience with technical procedural documentation
• Experience with Powershell scripting
• Experience with application package creation and deployment using MECM.
• Experience with Thin clients, VDI solutions
• Basic network troubleshooting, layer 1 and 2.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
