ATA North is looking for reliable and professional Self-Employed Delivery Drivers to join our growing DPD delivery operation in Carlisle.

With the opportunity to earn up to £325 per day, consistent work and support from our local operations team, this is a fantastic opportunity for drivers looking to build a regular delivery schedule.

Pay Rates

• Earn up to £325 per day, depending on the route and workload allocated.
• Competitive daily rates based on the work completed.

The Role

• Deliver parcels across allocated Carlisle routes.
• Complete multi-drop deliveries using handheld technology.
• Follow delivery instructions and provide professional customer service.
• Work from the DPD depot in Carlisle.
• Receive support from our dedicated local operations team.
• Consistent work within a seven-day operation, subject to rota and availability.

We can put you in touch with our preferred van supplier, who can discuss available rental options to help you get started.

What We Offer

• Competitive daily rates with the opportunity to earn up to £325 per day.
• Weekly payments, paid two weeks in arrears.
• Delivery driver insurance included.
• 24/7 vehicle use for personal use and additional contract work, subject to rental terms.
• £500 refundable deposit, payable upfront or spread over five weeks.
• Support from an experienced operations team.
• Payment processing through Shield Accountancy.

Requirements

• Aged 21 or over.
• Full UK manual driving licence held for at least one year.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• Confident driving extra-long-wheelbase (XLWB) vehicles.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to pass the required background checks.
• Multi-drop delivery experience preferred but not essential.
