Your day at Ferring

1. business collaboration with Pharmaceutical E-commerce Platforms

• Oversee end-to-end operation and promotion of core products on pharmaceutical B2C platforms (JD Health, Ali Health) to deliver annual e-commerce promotion targets.
• Develop online operation strategies and execute key campaigns to strengthen disease education and brand visibility.
• Manage daily platform routines including product listing, page optimization and compliance governance. Track operational data and iterate strategies via regular reviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external platform partners, optimize investment efficiency, and ensure standardized pricing and stable channel operation.

2. Digital Innovation Operation and Channel Expansion

• Lead digital innovation promotion and online channel expansion. Align closely with marketing product strategies, design customized digital operation solutions based on product positioning.
• Launch diverse digital initiatives, deliver compliant disease education and patient engagement content via Xiaohongshu, official WeChat and other platforms to optimize the full patient journey.
• Sustain official digital ecosystem operation, provide tiered compliant academic and public education content for HCPs and patients, and build a long-term and effective engagement system.

3. Out-of-Hospital Channel Strategy and Innovation Layout

• Conduct market assessment, strategic planning and innovative layout for out-of-hospital channels including retail pharmacy, based on product lifecycles, product features and industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with commercial and other cross-functional teams to identify channel opportunities, explore innovative pharmacy promotion models, and deliver forward-looking strategies to support brand penetration and out-of-hospital business development.

Behind our talents, there is YOU

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; Marketing, E-commerce, Pharmacy and related majors are preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical e-commerce(must have) and digital omni-channel marketing; prior marketing experience in foreign pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
3. Familiar with mainstream pharmaceutical e-commerce platform rules and online pharmacy regulatory requirements with strong compliance awareness.
4. Solid capability in strategic analysis, solution design, data analysis and cross-team collaboration; result-driven, resilient under pressure, and experienced in multi-channel project delivery.
5. Strong market sensitivity, capable of developing lifecycle-based channel strategies with innovative mindset for digital and retail channel development.
6. Prior team leadership experience is preferred, with good potential in overall planning, coaching, communication and team management.
7. Proficient in both English and Chinese for daily communication, document drafting and business presentation.
