Your role and responsibilities
You will facilitate a multi-agency conversation around the child or young person’s education, to identify a clear pathway in their educational journey.
On a daily basis, you will work alongside families and young people to collect their views on their education experience, as well as meeting with schools and other professionals to gain their perspectives. These multi agency conversations will be used to identify clear pathways and next steps in the young person’s education journey.
You will utilise this information to create a report, providing bespoke recommendations to support and enable access to education.
The report informs stakeholders to ensure that the child is at the heart of all education decision making.

You can view a full list of requirements in the Job and Person Profile (JPP), which you can find in the ‘How to apply’ section towards the bottom of this advert.
If you believe you can succeed in this role, apply. Even if you don't meet all requirements, still apply. We would appreciate the opportunity to consider your application.
The team
We are looking to welcome to the team, an individual who will demonstrate drive and passion in their everyday practice, with the ability to forge professional relationships with a range of education settings and partner agencies.
We work closely with our partners in health, social care, youth justice and colleagues within the wider Education Access Services to achieve this.
If you share our values and ambitions, we would love you to join our team.
Empowering Everyone
We’re big believers in potential, possibility and the power of different ideas. We’re always searching for ways to encourage, respect and enable everyone to be the best they can be. We want to represent the diverse communities we serve. We welcome applications from all individuals, especially those from groups that are currently underrepresented in the organisation, as shown in our Workforce Equality Report.
