MuleSoft Senior Analyst
Responsible for developing, supporting, and enhancing MuleSoft integrations and APIs, including L2/L3 support, bug fixes, code-level troubleshooting, and minor enhancements to ensure stable and efficient integration services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 & L3 support for MuleSoft applications and APIs
Perform code-level troubleshooting in Mule flows and DataWeave
Fix bugs, defects, and integration issues
Handle production support, incidents, and RCA
Implement minor enhancements and change requests
Develop and maintain APIs and integration flows
Support deployments and release activities
Monitor systems for performance and availability
Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Required Skills
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
DataWeave, Mule flows, REST/SOAP APIs
L2/L3 support and debugging
Basic CI/CD, Git knowledge
