MuleSoft Integration Lead1

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end integration architecture using MuleSoftAnypointPlatform.

• Define API-led connectivity strategy across Experience, Process, and System APIs.

• Lead technical discussions with business, product, security, andinfrateams.

• Create reusable integration frameworks, templates, and CI/CD standards.

• Establish API governance, security policies, and best practices.

• Guidedevelopment teams during design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams for automated deployments and monitoring.

• Mentoroffshoredevelopers and provide technical leadership.

• Support production issue resolution and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of integration experience with 4+ years in MuleSoft.

• Strongexpertisein Mule 4,DataWeave2.0, API Manager, Runtime Manager, andCloudHub

• Experience designing RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations.

• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns andmicroservicesarchitecture.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions

• Experience with Nexus, Maven, and artifact management.

• Strong understanding of OAuth, JWT, TLS, and API security standards.

• Experience integrating SaaS and enterprise applications such as Salesforce,Big Query,Jira, Oracle, or Workday.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MuleSoft Certified IntegrationDeveloper andArchitectCertifications

• Knowledge of performance tuning and API optimization.

• Exposureto monitoringand logging tools.

• Knowledge ofdesigning, building, andmaintainingintegrations usingWorkatoplatform
