Mule Operator - Storm Lake Pork Plant

This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

DUTIES (Include, but are not limited to the following):

• Must be able and willing to lift boxed product from conveyors and stack onto pallets, including consolidating partial pallets.
• Must be able and willing to operate equipment including inverter, stretch wrapper, power industrial trucks and forklift.
• Must be able and willing to load and wash out trailers.
• Must be able and willing to follow all safety policies per plant expectation.
• Must be able and willing to scan and label boxes, including maintaining inventory.
• Must be able and willing to work in temperatures ranging from -30degrees to 100 degrees daily.
• Must be able and willing to work outside in all elements when necessary (including rain, sleet, snow, extreme heat)
• Must be able and willing to Work includes walking, climbing ladders, standing, bending, pushing/pulling, reaching, and standing on concrete consistently for 8-10 hours daily.
• Must be able and willing to consistent lifting and stacking of boxes 20-110 lbs.
