MuleSoft Analyst
Responsible for supporting and maintaining MuleSoft integrations and APIs, including L2 support, basic troubleshooting, bug fixes, and minor updates to ensure smooth operation of integration services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for MuleSoft applications and APIs
Perform basic troubleshooting in Mule flows and DataWeave
Fix simple bugs and integration issues
Handle incidents and support tickets
Assist in minor enhancements and configuration changes
Support deployments and testing activities
Monitor systems for availability and errors
Collaborate with senior team members and developers
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML
Familiarity with DataWeave and Mule flows
Basic debugging and support skills
