Job Location: Castle Rock High School - Castle Rock, CO 80109
Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $66,413.00 SalaryAnticipated Start Date: August 3, 2026
Position Purpose
The MTSS Coordinator works under the supervision of the Academic Dean and is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring CECs Multi-Tier Support Services program to ensure academic and social-emotional supports are in place for students to succeed.
Job Duties
- Upholds CECs beliefs found on the CEC website.
- Coordinates the Multi-Tier Support Services program with school administration and instructional staff to ensure identified students are provided high-quality instruction and interventions matched to their needs.
- Monitors identified students academic progress to ensure the implementation of evidence-based behavioral practices as determined by MTSS team.
- Leads and facilitates MTSS referral meetings by coordinating efforts between school, families, and support services.
- Develops, identifies, and establishes Tier I pre-referral student-specific activities.
- Ensures the development, identification, and establishment of effective Tier II and Tier III interventions.
- Establishes and maintains communication with families, students, and staff to share areas of success, to address areas for improvement, and to ensure ongoing fidelity of the MTSS program.
- Researches, evaluates, and establishes appropriate research-based MTSS tiered interventions and enables the efficient use of school and community resources.
- Attends staff meetings and professional development as requested by the Academic Dean
- Adheres to CDE MTSS regulations and CEC policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience working with students preferred.
