Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and Platform teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Build reusable, flexible components and systems that support rapid iteration and long-term velocity.
Improve developer productivity through tooling, shared libraries, and efficient CI/CD practices.
Ensure system quality through testing, observability, monitoring, and incident response best practices.
Contribute to architecture, participate in design and code reviews, and influence technical decisions.
Mentor and support junior engineers through code reviews, design guidance, and knowledge sharing.
Identify system gaps, propose pragmatic solutions, and contribute to the engineering roadmap.
Support production systems, including debugging, incident response, and on-call rotation for a 24/7 platform.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum, planning, estimation, retrospectives).
