Reporting To: Territory Manager / Area Sales Manager

Locations: Karachi

Job Purpose:

A structured entry-level development role designed to build future sales leaders. Through on-the-job rotations across field sales, distribution, and territory operations, the trainee will learn end-to-end FMCG sales management and prepare to take on a territory or sales management position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day territory sales operations under the guidance of the Territory/Sales Manager.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales, distribution, and productivity targets for the assigned area.
• Accompany the distributor sales team in the field to learn routes, market coverage, and order booking.
• Support merchandising, product availability, and visibility across retail and wholesale outlets.
• Help monitor stock levels, distributor operations, and secondary sales.
• Collect and record market intelligence and competitor activity for the reporting manager.
• Assist in executing trade promotions, new product launches, and in-store activations.
• Build working relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Prepare basic sales reports and dashboards using MS Excel.
• Complete assigned training modules, job rotations, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience; FMCG exposure or internships are a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and learning orientation.
• Basic analytical ability with working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field/market.
• Energetic, target-driven, and eager to build a long-term career in FMCG sales.
