Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT (non-negotiable)

Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Customer Success to join its team for a 3-month trainee program This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in Customer Success, client relationship management, and service delivery. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training while supporting customer onboarding, issue resolution, and day-to-day client communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Success team in managing client relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Support customer onboarding by guiding clients through products, services, and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems with relevant information.
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Assist in preparing customer reports, presentations, and account updates.
• Learn company products, services, and processes to effectively support customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and continuous learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous internship or customer service experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is an advantage.
