Job Description
Location: Islamabad / Hyderabad
Job Timings: 3pm - 11pm
Responsibilities:
Learn and work on the Zoho Corporation and HubSpot ecosystems, including CRM,
automation, analytics, and business applications.
Collaborate with senior developers, consultants, and cross-functional teams to understand
business requirements and assist in implementing software solutions.
Assist in developing, customizing, testing, and maintaining applications, automations,
and integrations within Zoho and HubSpot platforms.
Learn and write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using technologies such as
Deluge, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, and related development tools.
Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in workflows,
automations, integrations, and custom applications under senior guidance.
Support API integrations, third-party applications, database operations, and system
connectivity across different business platforms.
Work on frontend and backend development tasks, including UI enhancements,
automation workflows, and data management activities.
Participate in software testing, code reviews, deployment activities, and quality assurance
processes to ensure reliable deliverables.
Continuously learn new technologies, development practices, and platform capabilities
related to Zoho, HubSpot, CRM, ERP, and business automation solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, implementation notes, progress updates, and reports
related to assigned development and learning tasks.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology,
or a related field. Final semester students may also apply.
2.Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in software development, internships,
freelance work, or academic projects.
3.Basic understanding of programming concepts, object-oriented programming, and
software development lifecycle.
4.Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java,
C#, or PHP.
5.Basic knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and
responsive web development.
6.Understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
7.Familiarity with Git/version control systems would be a plus.
8.Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integrations is preferred.
9.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
10.Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a collaborative
environment.
11.Willingness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools in a fast-paced
environment.
Preferred Skills (Plus Points):
•Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment concepts
•Understanding of Agile development methodologies
•Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems or automation tools
•Basic UI/UX understanding or experience with Figma
