Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Abacus is hiring for a high-speed production facility in Mt. Juliet handling KIND protein bars. This is an Active Production role, ideal for those who like to stay moving and work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. We are Bilingual-Friendly and welcome candidates from all backgrounds!
Available Roles:
Co-Pack Production ($17.50): Assembling, filling, taping, and palletizing boxes alongside a running conveyor system.
Physical Expectations:
Fast & Repetitive: Light product (under 7 lbs) but requires constant hand and arm movement.
Stand-Up Role: You will be standing for the duration of the shift.
Daily Variety: Be ready to rotate through different tasks to keep the line moving efficiently.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Stamina: High-energy workers who can keep up with a fast production tempo.
No Citizenship Requirement: This site is open to all qualified workers; basic English for safety is helpful.
Professional Communication: Must be responsive to our team for scheduling and training.
Vetting: Candidates must be 100% completed in our system, including professional screening.
THE 3-PART APPLICATION PROCESS
To ensure you are safe and prepared for the Mt. Juliet facility, you must complete the following:
Digital Onboarding: Complete your application and paperwork online.
Safety Training (Smyrna Office): You will need to watch our Safety Videos and pass a Safety Test to ensure you understand how to work around conveyor systems and machinery.
Finalization: Complete a 3-minute oral mouth swab drug screen at our office.
