Core Values

  • Attention to Detail – Design is in the details and that’s where we find excellence. No matter what project phase, an eye for the details will be the difference between success and failure. Whether it’s a spec requirement, a small drawing feature or finding the true root cause when solving problems, a designer must maintain focus on these details.
  • Humility – Humble engineers are approachable, value diverse perspectives, and foster a collaborative environment. They acknowledge their mistakes, seek constructive criticism, and are genuinely interested in the success and well-being of their team and organization rather than just their own personal gain.
  • Growth Mindset – This refers to the belief that skills, abilities, and intelligence can be developed through dedication, effort, and learning. It is characterized by a knowledge that there is always room for growth and improvement as well as a deep desire for this continual learning. Individuals with a growth mindset view challenges as opportunities for development rather than threats, and they are resilient in the face of setbacks.

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering from ABET accredited university.
