Experience in Aesthetics.
• Provide input to and lead implementation of Key Account & Client Management programs to retain and strengthen client relationships and implement programs and policies that better suit the business objective.
• Lead Key Account & Client Management programs planning and strategizing to retain and expand current customer relationships
• Execute Key Account & Client Management plans and policies to ensure high-quality customer service and issue resolution in order to retain current clients
• Prioritize, manage and coordinate client engagement activities, including identifying client business requirements and preparing proposals and quotations
• Establish and maintain Industry-specific relationship management activities, including broking, financial planning, asset management, advertising account management, etc.
