This role will support laboratory operations and Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) activities including lab equipment management, GMP documentation, experiment support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient and compliant laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities:
Laboratory Support & Operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for laboratory logistics and equipment management
Act as equipment owner, supporting troubleshooting and maintenance in collaboration with Process Engineering, Facilities, Metrology, and Maintenance teams
Lead laboratory management activities, including inventory control and tracking
Implement and sustain 5S and safety improvements within the laboratory
Coordinate with IT teams for integration of laboratory equipment systems and support lab rescoping activities
Author, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for laboratory equipment and processes
Support implementation and management of Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) systems, including template development
MST (Manufacturing Science & Technology) Support
Support execution of laboratory experiments under the direction of MST staff
Author and maintain technical documentation related to experiments and process activities
Perform data review and verification for technical reports and documentation
Assist in the generation of documentation for material introduction and qualification in GMP manufacturing environments
