About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated clinician to deliver Multisystemic Therapy (MST), an evidence-based, intensive, family-focused intervention that works with young people with complex behavioural needs and their families. The therapist role is central to the MST model. Key responsibilities include comprehensive assessment, intervention planning, and collaborative safety planning with families, young people, and other key service providers. The therapist will work as part of a multidisciplinary MST team and participate in weekly supervision and consultation to support clinical decision-making and model fidelity.
