Oversee Factory New Product Introduction activities such that the model are developed and introduced meeting the NPI Key Result Area (KRA).

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet the monthly revenue target - Production 95% against POR (35%)

1.1 Coordinate project deliverables from engineering and release of build plan from PM

1.2 Coordinate project and production build readiness with engineering and factory team

1.3 Coordinate with planners to chase/escalate/expedite critical parts to meet desired plan

1.4 Coordinate MRP alignment/clean-up with customer service through PM build plan update

1.5 Coordinate capacity planning and standard time update

2. Monitor the demand of assigned models loaded in Production line on a weekly basis (25%)

2.1 Monitor daily model update and shipment to required allocation per build plan

2.2 Release required NPCAF for buffer/unrecoverable units

2.3 Coordinate transaction of approved NPCAF for buffer /unrecoverable units

2.4 Coordinate MRP alignment/clean-up with customer service through PM build plan update

3. Product performance reviews between Factory teams and Design Engineering (30%)

3.1 Coordinate release of build report from respective team member meeting over-all project performance

3.2 Coordinate closure of factory issues with factory team and DE

3.3 Monitor and coordinate closure of system problem log with factory team and design engineering

4. Project transition to Mass-production (10%)

4.1 Coordinate production build readiness with factory team (NP/MP)

4.2 Coordinate capacity planning and standard time update

4.3 Coordinate release of Manufacturing Plans with respective area

5. Compliance to the company’s Safety Targets Program

5.1 Participates actively in the regular review and update of (HIRAC) Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Control

5.2 Participates actively in the prevention of occurrence of Safety Incident and First Aid Cases

5.3 Reports near miss, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, hazards including feedbacks during toolbox meeting

Qualifications

Education Graduate of any Engineering course

Minimum Work Experience Required 3 years expericience in product realization and program management.

Additional Competency

- Good understanding of supply chain and logistics process, cost analysis, knowledgeable in Oracle, SharePoint and iPRO necessary to do the job.

- A strong QA background in problem solving or 6Sigma Green Belt is an advantage
