We are seeking a Technical MSP Project Coordinator to help guide client projects from planning through completion while maintaining exceptional communication, organization, and service quality throughout every engagement. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical understanding with strong coordination and client management skills in a fast-paced MSP environment.

This is an on-site position based in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the full client project lifecycle, including onboarding, planning, execution, and closure
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Support teams to ensure smooth project transitions and communication
  • Maintain accurate and thorough project documentation within PSA systems
  • Monitor, track, and report on project performance metrics and KPIs
  • Serve as a point of escalation for project-related client concerns
  • Lead or participate in client meetings, project reviews, and scoping sessions
  • Assist in identifying and recommending effective technology solutions for clients

Qualifications & Experience

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of common SMB technologies, including:
  • Windows Server environments
  • VMware and Hyper-V virtualization
  • SAN and storage technologies
  • Microsoft 365
  • Networking infrastructure
  • Backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Cloud technologies and services

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of IT project coordination or project management experience
  • MSP experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical abilities
  • Experience working with PSA and RMM platforms such as ConnectWise or N-Able
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • PMP, ITIL, Project+, or similar certification
  • Familiarity with EOS/Traction methodologies
  • Knowledge of NIST, CMMC, or related compliance frameworks
