Our award-winning client is seeking an MSP Mid-Level Field Technician to join their team. We're seeking a talented Mid-Level Field Technician to join our growing team! You'll provide remote and on-site support to clients in the greater Los Angeles area, tackling both Windows and Mac environments.

Responsibilities:

• Be a customer hero! Analyze and solve client issues related to hardware, software, and networks (Layer 1-3).

• Respond promptly and document everything clearly in our system.

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex requests.

• Participate in on-call rotation (after hours) and travel to client sites within LA (car & license required).

• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies through training and knowledge base resources.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience supporting Windows and Mac environments.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for applications, network layers, email security, cloud platforms (M365/Google Workspace), and servers (Windows, Mac, NAS).

• Excellent communication skills – explaining technical issues clearly to non-technical users.

• Organization, time management, and the ability to prioritize a busy workload.

• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with DNS management, command line (CMD/PowerShell/Terminal), VPN servers, SSL certificates, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), Active Directory, Azure, backup solutions (Acronis), and MDM products (JAMF, Mosyle, Intune, Meraki).
