MSP IT Sales and Account Manager

Edenbridge

Basic Salary- £35,000-£40,000 per year OTE £50,000- £60,000 per year

Monday- Friday - 9am- 5:30pm- Flexible hours- Hybrid working offered after probation

25 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused IT Sales & Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is central to maintaining and developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive tailored technology solutions that support their growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with technical teams to deliver value-led outcomes while contributing to NetVector's reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction and long-term client partnerships.

Sales and Business Development

  • Identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and telephony services

  • Monitoring prospects and continually following up on enquiries to close sales

  • Conducting discovery calls to understand client pain points, business objectives, and technical requirements and suggesting commercially viable solutions

  • Developing and presenting proposals, quotes, and service agreements

  • Producing compelling and competitive bids and converting them into contracted business.

  • Attending seminars and exhibitions to network as required

Account Management

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring technology solutions

  • and managed services align with their business objectives.

  • Building strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor to a range of stakeholders

  • Identifying, upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

  • Gathering information and specifications and producing quotations for new and existing accounts and following up to progress the sale

  • Coordinating with technical teams to ensure services are delivered as promised

  • Conducting regular account reviews and identifying opportunities for service improvement

  • Proactively addressing client concerns and escalating issues when necessary

  • Renewing contracts and managing service agreement changes

What we are looking for

  • 2 plus years of experience within IT Sales, MSP sales or Technology Account Management

  • Proven ability to close deals and grow existing accounts

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications

  • Working knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles and techniques

  • Excellent presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in written and verbal exchanges with prospects and customers

  • Confident to business network on a formal and informal basis

  • Full UK Driving Licence
