[What the role is]

About the Role

Join our multidisciplinary team as a Manager/Senior Manager, Product Partnership & Acquisition and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Singapore's skills and career ecosystem.

We are looking for a proactive and people-driven Manager/Senior Manager, Product Partnership & Acquisition to develop new partnerships and expand the product portfolio to enhance our digital services for individuals. You will work closely with the policy team to translate the policy vision into an actionable plan. You will also work closely with the product development teams to ensure the partners are onboarded to our digital products seamlessly. Your work will directly contribute to more upskilling choices and a richer digital career and skills imprint for individuals.

This role suits individuals who are prepared to engage the ground, have a commercial instinct to identify potential partners and opportunities. You should have a flair for clear, engaging communication and a strong interest in ecosystem building work that contributes to the national skills and workforce development agenda.

[What you will be working on]

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Work closely with policy teams to understand policy objectives and translate them into actionable partnership initiatives and implementation plans
  • Assess the feasibility of proposed partnership models and recommend approaches to maximise policy impact and user value
  • Work with the product team to identify product portfolio gaps (not limited to MySkillsFuture and Careers & Skills Passport) and work with partners to close the gaps which can include expansion of course listings on MySkillsFuture, enriching training or skills data imprints in the Careers & Skills Passport
  • Engage stakeholders on the ground to understand emerging industry trends, workforce needs and identify opportunities for collaboration
  • Track and report partnership outcomes, adoption rates and key performance indicators
  • Review partnership performance regularly and recommend enhancements to maximise impact and sustainability
  • Work with marketing teams to drive the usage of the digital products not limited to MySkillsFuture and Careers & Skills Passport.

[What we are looking for]

What We Are Looking For

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Ideally you should have at least 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field, preferably within a public sector, education, or digital services context
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Has the commercial acumen and ability to identify partnership opportunities and create value propositions
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience in copywriting or content development for digital platforms, and comfortable using content management (CMS) tools will be an advantage
  • Proficient in data analytics and able to translate findings into actionable partnership priorities
  • Collaborative and organised, with experience coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Singapore's continuing education and training (CET) landscape is a plus
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced environment and able to adapt to new demands as the work evolves

Successful candidates will be offered a contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.
