Build up medical science liaison workflow and evaluation process in medical device area.
Ensure evidence generation and dissemination strategy alignment with medical and business team.
Team capability improvement on medical, new products, and workflow to support studies cases and new products launching process.
Focus on national KOLs and keep them updated with evidence and clinical practice of JNJ key products/ technologies/ procedures/ workflows.
Be responsible for external evidence generation with physicians based on the company evidence generation strategy.
Engage in one-to-one scientific dialogue and external events with physicians around JNJ key products/ technologies/ procedures/ workflows, enabling them to confidently discuss our portfolio with patients and the wider medical community from evidence-based perspective.
Field medical insights collection and communication to support evidence generation and marketing strategy. Act as the interface between external customers and the internal medical team to bring in value-added insights related to JNJ Medical and Clinical activities.
