We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Automation, Observability & AI Operations Engineer to lead automation and AI-driven operational transformation across a large-scale telecom Managed Services engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining automation platforms, observability solutions, AI-assisted operational capabilities, and Closed Loop Automation (CLA) workflows supporting mission-critical BSS, Charging, Digital, Middleware and OSS platforms.

The role requires strong expertise in software engineering, observability platforms, Linux administration, data engineering, AI integration and telecom operations with a focus on reducing manual operations, improving operational intelligence and accelerating incident resolution.
