As an Infrastructure Cloud Operations Senior Associate you will support cloud and infrastructure automation work that helps keep client systems running smoothly, with a focus on troubleshooting, monitoring, and implementing process improvements within our Cloud Operations practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while deepening your technical skills and understanding of the business context.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to infrastructure automation and CSI activities that support secure, reliable cloud services. You will use critical thinking to break down technical issues, interpret data to inform recommendations, and respond to changing priorities with a client-focused mindset. The role offers exposure to teams that value clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and steady growth in both technical capability and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Managing cloud infrastructure automation workstreams across client support engagements
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining cloud operations across Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Oracle Cloud Platform Services
• Developing infrastructure automation scripts and digital tooling to streamline service delivery and reduce manual effort
• Analyzing cloud performance data from tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace APM, or Performance Monitor to identify service issues
• Supporting cloud migration, administration, and optimization activities for infrastructure and application environments
• Applying cloud compliance and cloud service management practices to maintain secure and stable operations
• Translating technical findings into clear recommendations for infrastructure improvement and issue resolution
• Mentoring junior team members on cloud operations tasks, technical methods, and troubleshooting approaches

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Cloud operations automation experience using AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Infrastructure administration experience supporting managed services environments
• Troubleshooting cloud performance issues across monitoring and logging tools
• Using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and incidents
• Interpreting data for insights and client-focused recommendations
• Building client connections while mentoring junior team members
