As a Storage/Backup Lead you will oversee cloud operations work focused on storage and backup services, managing monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementation activities that support service availability and reliable IT infrastructure. As a Manager you will lead teams and client service workstreams, coach team members, manage performance, and bring a practical understanding of business needs to complex delivery challenges within our Cloud Operations practice. In this role at PwC, you will drive storage and backup activities across client support engagements, guide team members through planning and execution, and help deliver consistent, technology-enabled service across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Leading storage and backup operations across cloud infrastructure environments and client support workstreams
• Managing incident response, root cause analysis, and problem resolution for storage, backup, and recovery services
• Overseeing cloud service delivery activities, including capacity tracking, performance tuning, and operational reporting
• Guiding team members through troubleshooting of storage platforms, backup tools, and cloud administration tasks
• Coordinating implementation of cloud infrastructure changes, migrations, and optimization efforts across service platforms
• Reviewing technical deliverables and validating adherence to operational procedures, security controls, and compliance requirements
• Using monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace APM, and Performance Monitor to identify service issues and trends
• Driving improvement opportunities for cloud operations, service reliability, and technology administration processes

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
