About the job工作职责

Main responsibilities职责描述：

• Be responsible for 24/7 performance of Level 1 operating unit

• Monitor & review performance of Shift Team with each PCU Shift Lead on a regular basis

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly prioritization and escalation decisions based on data collected from performance monitoring systems

• Escalate to the department lead or support resources (e.g., Engineering, OpEx, Quality, HSE) in a timely manner

• Supervise and manage daily solid manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with production schedules and GMP standards.

• Ensure consistent planning, running and improvement of the Level 1 operating unit, by providing leadership and ensuring adherence to operating standards of all Shift Teams

• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure the quality, safety, and efficacy of products

• Lead, train, and develop manufacturing staff, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to address any quality issues and manufacturing machine downtime.

• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Soft skill通用技能:

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skilling; Negotiation skill, effective communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to collaborate cross-fuctionally

• Technical skill专业技能:

- Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality assurance practices.

- Basics of finance and strategy

- Experience in transformation and change management

• Education教育背景:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Languages语言要求:

Fluent English speaking and listening
