与培训管理员保持一致,推动卓越运营和数字化培训

通过以下方式发展、拥有并维护工厂数字化路线规划战略
与数字化部门、全球职能部门和业务部门合作,定义优先组合的数字化项目,以实现业务连续性、现代化和绩效,包括核心模型、智能工厂解决方案以及本地解决方案
定义和管理数字化战略路线相关项目的预算(固定资产支出/运营支出),并领导所有与之相关的全球流程和系统(例如 SP/预算、业务案例准备/批准、Shine 等)
领导IT项目落地实施(例如iShift、MARS、LIMS、集团本地解决方案等)
与主要利益相关者保持一致,定义执行方法和总体规划
确保费用(例如,固定资产支出/运营支出)并安排项目团队,确保团队胜任力(例如,项目经理、关键用户、主题专家等)
通过适当的管理方式来监控执行情况、计划遵守情况、汇报情况
确保到位、投入使用并正式移交运营
在运营期间提供一线解决方案支持
领导智能工厂(包括 GenAI)解决方案的部署

与相关职能领导(即数据内容所有者)合作,推动标准治理以评估 MD 准确性和更新
About you 任职资格:

Mature level of proficiency in term of OpEx expertise, digital know-hows. Minimum of 5 years of experience in OpEx management field

Master level of proficiency in strategic thinking, change management, ability to influence and business partnering

Experience in transformation and change management;
Understanding of data analytics / visualization;
Basics of finance and strategy;

Knowledge of Manufacturing 4.0 and AI/GenAI;
Knowledge of key business & pharma processes;
Project Management
